There are a couple of different ways to align text to shapes, such as an oval. But the easiest way by far is by typing text directly onto your shape using the Text Tool.With your Text Tool selected, you'll see that any time you hold it over the top of a line - any line - the cursor will change from the Standard Text Tool to the Fit-to-Path Text Tool.
